Gordon is actively involved both in the management and creativity on all projects at NOW Productions. Previously he has held the posts of Director of Programming at Česká Televize, and TV Prima and Prima Cool in the Czech Republic. He has also been Head of Programming of TVR1, the lead channel of the public service broadcaster in Romania. He also has considerable experience as a producer across all genres. Apart from his TV work, he has extensive experience as a communications consultant working across Europe for leading international private-sector clients. Gordon has  lectured on TV programming for the European Broadcasting Union.

Petr works on Now Productions projects in both production and script development capacities. In the past he worked as Creative and Executive Producer on the development of new formats and the production of shows and Reality and Entertainment formats in the production centre of TV Nova, and at Media Pro Pictures. Apart from producing shows for Nova across these genres, he also created several new formats for MPP and CME. He has also wide-ranging experience in the independent production sector.

Petra works at Now Productions as a producer and production manager and in working and nurturing new talent. She has extensive experience in film distribution and produced the film, Skoro úplně vymyšlený as well as a number of animated shorts. She has also organised numerous live events, festivals and concerts.

She has graduated in Production from first Zlin Film Academy and then Prague FAMU.
